Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: At Sculpt Aesthetics Clinic and Live Blood Analysis, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you adhere to the following cancellation policy to ensure efficient scheduling and to accommodate other clients in need of our services: 1. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. 2. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@sculptcedar.co.za or via Whatsapp to 0810731803. Please provide your full name, appointment date and time, and a brief reason for the cancellation. 3. In the event of a no-show, where you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund or credit will be provided. Additionally, the missed session will not be carried over to a future appointment. 4. In cases where emergencies or unforeseen circumstances prevent you from providing the required notice, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
